Kathryn received an invite through her church group SPRED to attend the Royal Garden Party in Edinburgh on the 1^st of July 2025.

On the morning of, Kathryn went to the hairdressers and had her hair styled and had a sprinkling of glitter through her hair. Kathryn was picked up by Carol from SPRED and headed into Glasgow to get on the train for Edinburgh.

One of Kathryn’s main highlights of the day was meeting Queen Camilla and having a chat.

Kathryn said that she had lots of cakes and sandwiches and that they were very nice. Kathryn returned home that night and was telling staff about her day!
