We are a small, friendly and inclusive not-for-profit organisation providing person-centred support and accommodation for adults with learning disabilities. Established in 1995, we are committed to helping people live with choice, control and dignity.
The Role
As a Trustee, you will help shape the strategic direction of McFarlane Trust. You will support strong governance and leadership, helping staff to deliver high-quality care. The role is strategic, supportive and focused on making a positive difference.
Who We Are Looking For
We welcome interest from people who have recently retired or are still working and would like to contribute in a voluntary capacity. Experience in the following areas would be particularly valuable:
- Health and social care
- Financial management and accountancy
- Human resources
- Information technology
- Business management
- Broader life experience and a commitment to our values
